The agenda is a tool to execute commands according to a calendar. This could be on a specific day and time or every sunset for example.

To access the **Agenda **window, tap on an empty part of a screen. This must be at least 6 columns wide and 4 rows high. Tap Other and then Agenda.

This will open the Agenda window.

_Agenda window_

This is a calendar that contains all the scheduled appointments. By default it displays the calendar by weeks. This can be changed by tapping on Week in the upper right corner. Then it will shuffle by month, year, day and week.

## Start or stop the Agenda

To start the agenda, tap Stopped in the upper right corner. To stop the agenda, tap the button again.

To create an appointment, see the [Create an appointment in the agenda](/grandma2/key_agenda_create_appointment/) topic
